Arizza is the co-founder and president of KRIS, a non-profit organization that promotes peace through education and youth leadership. KRIS has trained over 1,000 Filipino youth leaders on peacebuilding, supported hundreds of youth and youth organizations in their initiatives for education and development.

Paulynn Paredes Sicam was a journalist, reporter, columnist, and editor for over 50 years. She was also a member of the Philippine Commission on Human Rights,
a human rights educator at the Benigno Aquino Foundation, and a consultant and later member of the Philippine Government panel for peace negotiations with the
Communist Party of the Philippines.
She wrote post-presidency speeches for President Corazon Aquino, as well.

Stephanie Tumampos is a Filipino doctoral student at the Technical University of Munich, Germany, in the field of remote sensing. She has a background in applied physics, environmental engineering, and
geoinformatics. She currently hosts the podcast, “Down to Earth: A Podcast for Geoscientists by Geoscientist,” of the IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society (IEEE GRSS) where she invites experts in the field.

Dr. Sharon is the Founder and CEO of PanOphthalmics, a platform for sourcing surgical instruments, and is also the Chairwoman of Fortis Medi Pharmaceutical, Inc. – a pharmaceutical manufacturing
plant. Sharon has been acclaimed as part of the 2022 Circle of Excellence in Young Entrepreneur and Young SHERO of the year
award categories of the Asia CEO Awards.
